Yes! Multiple people post just about every day. It's picked up a bit. What percentage are you at? It's been trending 80s to paid off though for most but not everyone as we are all different and process differently. Of course, you know by now there are no guarantees if or when. Just keep the metrics up and returns and disputes down and hopefully, the old algorithm will pick you up soon! Good luck and if you need anything else or have questions just hit the button there are loads of people who will jump on and help.

This would be a question that @abbeyc or @marielmt could help you better by calling in. Each case, business etc, are all different and unique. They can’t tell you here of course it’s an open forum and you have private information that they might need. I tagged them so they can see where you are at now and help you out. Good luck to you!

we need fast cash without a paper process and  credit require like personal

my dad looked at this one and he was shock i was even taking these

its expensive ..

we as users bite ballet here to take this but hey guys lets

be gentle each other .. like we need each other right?
as most of the time when we ask most important question we get reply as

its the algo … determine …

well the algo is written from the programer who sets the rule aka protocol

i know these becuase I worked these long time ago as in stock market or any pre op program ..

all I am asking is my status is ready to go

please consider my concern

I had a loan with a different lender that put a lien on my square and caused me to fall behind on my square loan. Now that the lien is lifted I’m catching it up quickly…I never had an issue before this..no chargebacks or disputes, growth is good, payback ahead of time and everything green. Does anyone know if this should mess me up on my future square loans? I truly hope I don’t lose them!

I wish I could tell you that it wouldn't affect your future offers, but your history and standing with Square and loans are a factor. I will tag in a Mod, and she will probably have you call for a better timeframe and understanding of what happened. They just can't tell you here on a public forum, and for your protection@Abby_M, could you help here please? Thank you! is always best to call in. One sec.

@Twpchair you seem to be very knowledgeable about the square loans. I am sitting at 81% normally always get one at 75% have had over 8 loans. Is there a different thread where I can find more information about what's going on with square capital loans?

Thanks in advance.

Right now I believe you are on it. The best way to see is if you scroll down to the bottom and it gives you related topics. Look at the number of comments and hit that thread. Where are you at now? I am sorry I've been sick and not on as much as I try to.

Hi @JanH6473

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us

While the repayment of your current loan is considered, there are many factors that may affect your eligibility and accounts are evaluated as a whole. The information we provide in the Square loan eligibility page is just a summary of the factors that lead to a loan offer. We cannot guarantee that you will receive a loan offer, even where all of the factors on the eligibility page are “Good.” If you become eligible, you’ll be notified directly on your Square Dashboard and via email.

“Please contact us directly if you have any other questions.

Along with your numbers, Square takes into account your history with Square, prior loans all of that plus your numbers play a factor. Having a great history and working relationship with Square is a great thing. Keep up the good work.

Hi @JanH6473 ,

Thanks for your post!

We appreciate your loyalty when choosing to partner with Square for your past business loans. Please know that your loan history is reviewed in determining loan eligibility, but there are other factors of your account that are also considered.

Square accounts are reviewed on an ongoing basis to ensure that each business gets the right customized offer. We can’t predict if or when your business may be eligible for an additional Square loan, however, we will continue to monitor your account for eligibility. If your business becomes eligible to apply for a loan, we’ll notify you through your Square Dashboard.

Feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any additional questions!

Again you just said this...

"The information we provide in the Square loan eligibility page is just a summary of the factors that lead to a loan offer. We cannot guarantee that you will receive a loan offer, even where all of the factors on the eligibility page are “Good.” If you become eligible,"

I cant get to the eligibility factors page so have no way of knowing what those factors even are as I have followed the process you have laid out to get to that page but my account never goes to that page it takes me to this instead...

That's funny I was told by support today that the co.puter has not been checking my acct because they weren't sure why but that the computer wasn't even checking my account for eligibility from the looks of everything as everything seemed in order but Even on their side they can't see any metrics for my acct so no way for me to view said eligibility factors as it just doesn't show in my account at all anymore and hasn't for like a.year...

Did customer service get you through to tech support to see why you haven't updated? I apologize I have been sick and I don't know if or what I missed. I am sorry for that. Can you fill me in again and I will go back and read the messages as well and see who's the best to tag in here. You need to update to be considered for a loan and if that's not happening let's get it rolling!

Essentially I've received like 5 loans from square and total over the lifetime of my account right now I'm sitting at 160k process this year through square I've had my previous loan paid off for more than a month and I had it paid off in less than 3 months total from when I last received the loan offer but it's not even so much the loan itself it's I'm trying to get help with I'm just trying to get help so that I can view the eligibility factors page again because I can't even view that page that shows the different factors like this is in the green this is in the red or any of that it's just not there in my account anymore even if I go to my dashboard I click loans I go to where it shows it's that I'm not eligible and there's the few more details link you can click of the utils when I click view details it just takes me to a generic page and then I can't view any of the metrics I've been trying to get help with this issue for like more than a year I sent a message to Abby I'm here on the forums and she just sent a generic priest pre-canned response saying you're not eligible for a loan right now which is all well and good that isn't what I was asking I'm trying to find out how come that page disappeared from my account and I can't even view the metrics or anything anymore when I do have a loan or prior to getting one I have no idea what I even need to work on because of it

Ugh, I am sorry. That is beyond me. I do wish you the best of luck, and I hope you can get it straight. It's above what I can help you with. Thank you for sharing the screenshots. This will help me going forward to see or not see what is going on in their background page.

Not your fault just super disheartening when I do 170k in business with Square and cant even get a forum moderator to take 3 mins and actually read the messages. Ive sent like 4 of them messages and I see them responding to like 90 % of the people to directly tag them in their posts but I can tag them i every post I make and still not 1 of them will actually reply to my messages with anything but the pre-canned just keep sending Square your money and you might qualify eventually or maybe not. Itd be one thing if even just one  them actually read what I was posting and at least would make a half assed attempt at helping me get to the bottom of why the algorithm isnt even checking my acct like phone support with the loan dept. Told me it was not doing the other day but they couldnt tell me why it isnt checking my acct either. Which makes it even more frustrating because community support mods wont answer me on the forums, tech support keeps escalating the tickets to try to come up with a resolution but every time it gets escalated it goes to a manager that says nope not eligible sorry, all without even reading why the support ticket is escalated and since its not related to whether or not i am eligible and im still just trying to find out why I cant view the eligibility factors page anymore but since they never even read my messages its just so frustrating to know Im sending thousands of dollars to a company that cares so little about there customers that they cant even read a 30 second email to help resolve my issue and this is an entire year into asking every channel available and  no one will help me its trash.

They finally told me that Incant view the eligibility factors page...

"because of my current account activity"

So I was under the impression that my account activity is what is supposed to determine what factors I need to work on to potentially get a loan  sometime in the future. I find it to be the most ridiculous sack of total B.S. I have ever heard in my life...

Square telling me I cant view what may make me eligible because you have current activity in your account is B.S. Which leads me to wonder if Square is not able to check my Square account to see if I am eligible, THEN WHO IN THE F-(&ING WORLD can?

If the company that would be providing the loan can't check too see if I am eligible or not then who  athat I as well as Square cant even check too see if Im eligible or not then then who can?

How is a Square customer supposed to get questions about Square services answered if Square cant or choses not answer them?

IT MAKES absolutely no muth$_&+in sense at all whatsoever or in the least.
