Hey @bds - yes, if you do a mobile deposit through Square, it will go into your Square Checking account.  If you want to deposit the check into your linked bank account you would have to deposit the check directly to that account through whatever bank it is OR just transfer the money from Square to your linked account after you've done the mobile deposit.
