Eligibility for loans through Square are based on quite a few things. The Loans page on the Dashboard has an eligibility requirement section. Definitely look through that and get every option to green.
Once everything is green on that page, though, it doesn't guarantee you a loan offer. The system has its own way of determining loan eligibility and there's nothing any employee can do to override it. Your best bet is to keep plugging away at your business and prove to the system that your business could handle the additional debt load.
