I got offered a Square but been waiting for a reply approval after 100 percent paid off

I  don't understand why I'm still waiting for an approval from my loan offer. I paid off my loan 100 percent everything been in good standing. 

My last 3 loan offers been at 100 percent.  Is anyone else having this issue?

I am not sure how long you have been waiting for an approval on your offer, but it can generally take 1-3 business days and sometimes it can exceed that timeline.  How long have you been waiting?

It's been a day but it normally gives it right away

Oh, yeah your still within the timeline then. I think I've read before of other sellers it was closer to the two days given the amount of loans they need to review.  If you don't see a response by the 4th day, I would reach out to the loan department but other than that all should be well.
