I want to know how long it takes for my requested Square up debit card to arrive in the mail. Also how long does it take for payment to reflect into my square up balance. My customer said they have been charged but i have still can't find their payment in my balance.
@Drewan101 Square says 7-10 BUSINESS days. Of course, given the current state of the US Postal Service, that might not be correct because of the many delays still being experienced in some parts of the country. All account-related questions should be directed to Square Support. We can’t answer those here. Their number is (855) 700-6000. I can say that from my experience, payments always show up either immediately or the next day. I guess a lot would depend on how the customer paid — via an invoice? Online store? In any case, only Square Support can see your account transactions and advise you. I’m assuming that you can see the customer’s transaction, just not their funds.
