Hi @chefcoan01.. Your first line of defense, of course, is to dispute the charges.  If that doesn’t work, then you’ll have a choice to make.  If the amount of money is enough that it is worth spending money to try to get it back, you can file a small claims case or hire an attorney to file a case for you.  Small claims is cheaper and in many states you can file it yourself.  But you’ll want to check your state’s website first because some (like mine) require LLCs to be represented by attorneys even in small claims court.  Otherwise, your options are pretty limited.  If you were a contractor or service provider, you could file a lien on their property.  But that’s probably not an option for you, I’d imagine.  Good luck!
