My loan funds have not been deposited, but I've been charged already for my first payment ?

My loan funds have not been deposited, but already been charged first payment.

please advise???

Hey there @Sabor277.  Square Loan funds are usually deposited in our Square Balance account, but I can’t recall whether or not those an automatically transferred to our bank accounts.  You should log into your online dashboard and see if the funds are sitting there waiting for you to do a manual transfer.  If they are not, and there is still no deposit into your bank account, then you need to get on the phone with the Square Loan support team.  Goo luck.

We send your loan funds the next business day after your loan is approved. Your bank’s processing speed will influence how quickly funds arrive in your bank account. It can take 1-3 business days for the funds to be reflected in your bank account.
