I had $400 stolen from my Square debit card. I created a police report. I filed a dispute on the four transactions. Nobody from Sutton Bank contacted me. Square is not concerned in the least. I was told I would receive calls back and got crickets.

The key things I note are: Make sure you have the text alerts turned on for card not present transactions and as soon as you discover the fraud, order a new card from the app immediately.
Convenient..no..but it says 30-60 days for a response. This is the one reason I prefer credit cards versus debit cards. I don't like fraudsters having that direct line to my piggy bank.
