Unfortunately there is no way to stop the automatic payments coming out of your balance if a transaction was processed via Square since this is part of the loan repayment agreement.
The only thing that I can suggest is that for any deposit(s) in the future, that you have the customer pay in cash or check or any other form of payment for the deposit other than Square.
