Doordash Deposits Not Showing in Square Checking

Hi doordash send my deposit on sqaure checking it showing $0.00 I have 3 of them showing 0.00 am talking with sqaure they tell me that they don't see payment i have tracking number from doordash showing they sent payment out please help

I see you have been working with our Support team on this issue. It looks like several engineers have taken a look at this and cannot locate any of the payments you are referring to. Did you provide the tracking number when you were working with Support? 

Can you confirm they went to the right Square Checking account?

HI I tried giving them the tracking number they told me no they don't need it. Yes it went to the right square checking account

What is the payment amount you are supposed to receive from Doordash?

Almost $300.00 am missing 6 payment

Using the examples from the two screenshots you shared:

• For February 6th, we issued a payment of $32.93 on February 5th. - 111000026710652.     Trace ID
• For February 13th, we issued a payment of $96.82 on February 12th. - 091000014140056.    Trace ID

They going send me the rest but Doordash said start with these 2 frist

Okay so it looks like you have Instant payouts for delivery partners like doordash. 

If your instant payouts are more than your deposit, the difference will be adjusted in future deposits.
