When we did our application it asked for a copy of ID and SS card. We accidentally closed the tab while we were looking in another tab for email and now there's no place to upload it. I called customer service but they told me my options were to cancel the application and "maybe" another offer would be there but they couldn't guarantee or "wait for them to request personally."
Any suggestions on another way to get them what they need?
Hey there @thehealingplant. Quick question. Whey you said you called customer service, do you mean the normal support line, or the Loan-specific support line? Just in case, here is the link to that contact page.
I did call the loan specific support line sadly.
Ok. I’ll tag the loan-specific Square moderators here, just in case they have different information. If they can’t help, then my bag of tricks is now empty. I will say that in the past when I cancelled an application for some reason, it took about 7-10 business days but that a new offer did show up. So, cancelling might be your only option at this point. Hopefully

I called the line again and spoke to a very informative and helpful gentlemen. I think I have the answer that I need 🙂
