Dispute on square Checking

I’m having an issue getting in touch with anybody that can give information of Fraudulent transactions made in my account. I filed a dispute but was denied and I need information in order to contact the merchant. In the account it does not state what time and where the transaction was made. How can I contact the merchant if I don’t have that information. And how can you give evidence if there is no email or number to call. I called customer service but was told to respond to email of the denial. How can I go back and forth in email when they don’t respond. Can someone advise please.
