Deposit Reversal

I completed a deposit from my square checking to my Quickbooks Business checking account. Quickbooks closed the account due to me not wanting their merchant account (you cannot have one without the other), So now they are requesting for me to reverse the deposit out because they cannot issue me a check to return the funds.

 

Their system just closes the account after 275 days if the funds have never been reversed back to the originating deposit account or disputed to return the funds back to the original account.

 

How do I complete a deposit reversal or dispute the deposit made to get my funds back from Quickbooks/Intuit?

 

This has been a nightmare.

this would have to be handled on a phone call to customer support.  The normal way it is handled is the bank would issue a check or reject the attempted deposit in the first place.  If they won't send you a check and you can't just use it up by writing a check off the account you would have to see if Square has any options.  I don't see how they can just say they won't cut you a check for your outstanding positive balance.
