Customer paid with eGift card...where is my money

I have a small cleaning service and I've had a few customers pay me with eGift cards they got for there family..they paid for my services with the ecard..where is my money?

Hey @Tamara4 - in short, you've already had it. 

When a gift card is purchased you receive the funds like you would any other sale. That mean when the gift card is used they're no payment to come though to you - they're using the credit they have already paid.

You have already received the money when the card was purchased.
