How long does a chargeback typically effect your offer eligibility? My sales are consistent, over the 10K mark, but it says in my capital dashboard that a recent chargeback is effecting my offer eligibility. I chose to refund the chargeback immediately, even though it wasn’t a valid chargeback but I honestly didn’t want it to drag out. Just looking for some insight, I could really use the capital to expand my business and stock some inventory for the holidays.

We are unable to change your eligibility based on the resolution of a chargeback. We cannot predict when you may be eligible, but please keep in mind that we periodically review eligibility and will notify you if you become eligible at a later time.
