Can i link webhooks in square while in sandbox?

Is webhooks available in sanbox?

I've worked with stripe, and they've recently added the feature for webhooks in local environment, using the CLI of stripe.
So does square haves some way to run webhooks locally? if so, how?

I've searched the docs,
and found nothing.
