Hi @stevenwfoster. The loans team handles questions like this on an individual basis, I would imagine. There is no standard Square policy regarding skipping/rescheduling a loan payment. You’ll need to follow this link. In it you will find instructions for emailing or calling Square. In the interest of time and efficiency, I would recommend a phone call.
