I went out to eat with my friends on 2/12. I have a double charge from the place on completed charge that shows my bill with tip and one pending charge for another amount. I've called the place and talked to the manager about this and he says he's only showing the one charge and the pending charge should have fallen off by 2/15 or today 2/16 and it's not there. He said if it doesn't I need to contact my bank because there's nothing he can do. My friend who has cash app had the same thing happen to her. I don't know what to do

HI, this is standard procedure.  You have one charge for the total of the meal but it was pending due to a possible tip.  So the final charge will be the total of the meal and the tip.  Some banks, credit unions and/or credit card processors may take longer to finalize.  Contact your bank next week, remember Monday is a bank holiday.
