80% Paid Square Loan

After reading so many posts about loans not being offered at 80%, is this true?! I’ve always had my next offer at 80% almost immediately, but now nothing. Just curious!

It definitely looks like the Loans approval process has been tightened recently. I've heard reports of some sellers not receiving another offer until after their existing loan was completed!

It just comes down to overall insecurity in the world right now. While none of us in the Community know exactly how the "magic box" algorithm works when it comes to approvals, the simple fact is that if there is any type of economic insecurity in the world, every lending market out there tightens the approval process.

The best advice I can give is to keep everything on the loan qualifier page on the dashboard in the green and consistently meet or outperform your industry's expectations. If you're able to prove the financial health of your business to the algorithm another offer should be coming relatively soon.
