Hi again, @Vallance! If you haven't already, I recommend taking a look at these Support Center articles about setting up shipping for Square Online:
Depending on what you are shipping (pottery, right?) and the size and weight of your items, Real-Time Shipping may not be the best option. You can manually set up shipping rates by item weight instead of using Real-Time Shipping, but you can also use both manual and Real-Time Shipping and allow customers to choose which option they want at checkout.
