I have a new member of staff- she has created a profile connected her calendar. It is aso ticked on her google calendar so its showing visability but her appointments are not showing up on the external google calendar only inside thr square one.
Ive checked everything and cant think what else to do

I have reached out to our Appointments team to take a look at this and provide their insight. I'll be back when I have a response from them.
@Sophiejohnson83 the new staff member likely only connected their Google Calendar for importing availability (inbound sync), but hasn't set up the export (outbound sync) which is what pushes Square appointments to the external Google Calendar. These are two separate setup steps.
Your staff member will need to go into Calendar Sync settings and explicitly set up an export for themselves. Once that's done, existing appointments will backfill and future ones will auto-sync.

Check couple of things
In Square, make sure the calendar sync is on,
Did the user add the calendar to her Google Calendar
In Google Calendar make sure her Square calendar is checked to display, sometimes its not selected be default when added
Yep have checked all those
it’s set to export to her Gmail
she has it ticked to be viewed but the appointments don’t appear
So you're seeing the calendar but no appointments in there?
Can you go to her calendar settings in Square? Appointments> Calendar & Booking> Select the calendar to the right ... and refresh
When she goes onto square website and logs in she can see her appointments but they are not exporting to her Gmail account calendar.
