We are new to using square appointments and I have service providers set up (stylists). One stylist just received a notification that her client appt. changed time to 2:40pm (client is booked at 3:00pm). Their was never a change initiated by our front desk staff or the owner. We've refreshed the screens and there is no change. Has anyone experienced this? Why would they receive a notification if this clearly isn't the case?
