I’m not exactly sure what you mean by a “documentation tool.” But this sounds like something that would not be a tool developed by Square, but rather by a third-party developer whose apps integrate with our Square accounts. As such, I’m going to recommend that you head over to the Square App Marketplace and search for such a tool using keywords that make sense for your business. Hopefully you find something there. If you don’t, then I would recommend reaching out to a business support group for your business type. Maybe someone in one of those would be able to point you in the right direction.
