how can I print or email client upcoming appointments

I can't figure out how to print my clients appointments so they have them written down on paper

Hi @avedagirl1 

I do not believe Square has the ability to print appointments for the clients.  I've looked around in the settings and customer directory and I wasn't able to locate anything for printing, other than their complete profile which only shows past appointments and not upcoming ones

Interesting question! Can I ask what the reason is to print ?

  • You can access your appointments anytime via computer browser, mobile app or Square device. If you are wanting to write clients notes, skip the manual step and just save any notes directly to the Customer Profile in the app. You can add private client notes that you'll be able to reference every time they book.
  • You can set up email notifications so your clients can receive an email confirmation at booking (Appointments > Settings > Communication) and a emailed receipt after checkout (Accounts & Settings > Payments > Receipts). And with the texting option add-on, you can can also text your client after their appointment (or anytime) to follow up with any additional information.
