I have now had to use the deposit system for my business. £10 on each treatment. I tried it for the first time today, £20 was paid online deposit and £30 excess on the day in cash. Looked in my square balance and the deposit is no where to be found. I’ve looked through my transactions from the past couple of days, no sign of it. Nothing in my bank account either. I’m completely stuck on what to do? I have tried to use Squres AI assistant and no help.
Has anyone had this problem and know how to fix or what to do?
