customers unable to book with appointments

Hello,

 

Single operator business that uses Square Appointments, here.

 

I've noticed a sharp sudden increase in all customers (new and old) unable to book using Square Appointments which is linked to my business website. This seems to happen when customers use the app (80%) and a desktop (20%).

 

Had this system for several years now and in the last week, it has become a nightmare. Complaints that

 

1) takes credit card information (required to book) but then crashes, even after several attempts

2) "navigation" issues when rebooking same service that is in their history

3) not showing dates/times that are in fact open and available

4) will not allow cancel/reschedule, when doing well in advance of Cancellation Period.

 


These problems started when I am suddenly required to sign in every time I review Square Appointments on my own desktop.

 

Has something purposely been changed?

That’s strange...I use Square Appointments as well and sometimes (not too often) there are technical issues on their side that needs to be corrected.  I would advise reaching out to their customer service and speaking with a representative who may be able to check to make sure your information is inputted correctly.
