admin permission

I have been trying to add a “book now” button on my business page. I use another site for bookings and i am trying to connect it. Every time i click “connect another tool”, once click the booking site i would like to connect, i get a message saying “Admin Permission Required – You don’t have permission to edit these settings. Reach out to the admin of ‘____’ to gain access.” —
I am already the manager / admin on the page itself and on the business suites. I have assigned all assets on business suites to my page. I do not know where else to look to give access to my page to add this button.

I suggest you take a look at this guide on Setting up Instagram to Receive Appointments. If you complete the steps with no success you will want to reach out to Meta Business Support and open a ticket with them so they can see what could be missing in your account to accomplish this task.
