I checked my desktop settings and they are not set to military time. Why does my appointments calendar show apt at 13:00, 14:00 etc. ?
Hi @Salon_G. I did a pretty exhaustive search of Square settings on the account and the Appointments level. From what I could find, Square doesn’t have settings that affect the display format of times. Which leads me to believe that your desktop OS must have a default or current setting of military/24-hour time formats. I might be wrong, but it seems that Square uses whatever your device indicates is the appropriate time display format.
Check that out in your device settings, and let me know if I’m wrong and should investigate further.
