Why is my appointments availability wrong?

im a massage therapist & use online booking services for customers. my customers are showing me that i have no availability on certain days & times but in fact i do. For example, customer wants a 5:45pm for an hr long massage appt on may 6th. im open til 7pm. but square says i don't have availability at that time. it only gives customer the option of 4:45pm. why cant they book a 5:45pm? customer service from square doesn't understand what im saying & has given me to 5 different ppl to talk & still don't understand. help please.

Solution

The fake it filter is off. I found someone else to help me. Apparently an update was made & it had reset the duration of time on my services . Once I change that back it works correctly now. Thanks for reaching out

It sounds like your Fake It Filter is on. The Fake It Filter can limit your availability to optimize your appointment booking times. You can change this option in your Appointments Booking Settings.

Solution

The fake it filter is off. I found someone else to help me. Apparently an update was made & it had reset the duration of time on my services . Once I change that back it works correctly now. Thanks for reaching out
