Why is my Square Appointments Data missing after logging in on a different device?

Hello, 

 

I have been using the green appointment app. I logged in online using my laptop, no information is there services, clients, nothing what should I do?

Since you mention everything is lost... Is there any chance that you may have logged in with a different email address on the Appointments app versus on your computer?
