Why can’t I see all of my services when I try to schedule a client appointment?

I have some services (studio massage) that clients can book online and some services (mobile massage) that I don’t allow them to book online. When I try to book a mobile appt for a client, I’m not able to ‘see’ those services. When I go in and look at my services, they’re all there. They’re just not showing up in the drop down menu when I select ‘add a service). Anyone know what might be going on? Thanks! Lisa

HI, to understand, you wish to have certain services unavailable to book online, meaning they need to call for an appointment with you for that service. 

 

That service will not be available to book online.

Hi Terri - Thanks for the reply. Correct…I do not want clients to be able to book my mobile services online, I need to control booking those myself. The problem I’m having, however, is that my mobile services aren’t even showing up for me when I try to book them for clients on square. I’m having to manually type in the service, time after appt, etc each time. When I set my services up in square, it said all services will be available to me, even those that clients can’t see - this is not my experience and I’m just not sure how to fix it. 

Thoughts? I’d really appreciate any suggestions!!
