Welcome to the Square Community. For a charge like this I could be maybe any subscriptions that you have going, possibly a free trial(s) that have ended?
Since this is a public forum we are not able to "dive into your account. If you contact Square support by phone, they will have the tools and ability to look into your account further and let you know where that charge is coming from.
