I recently called square customer service and was told that within their algorithm the owner will receive priority for appointments if someone else is open.
That seemed to be the case for awhile but now it’s been 3-4 appointments where my staff gets assigned an appointment instead of me. I like to delegate it so employees rotate and it’s fair, but it’s only assigning appointments to one of my staff members even if 2-3 other staff is available!
