LOL @InYourFacellc , love the name.  Welcome to the Community.  Taking a shot in the dark here but does the service duration time exceed your operating hours by chance?  

 

Also do you mind posting a link to your site to book just to have a peak around?

I am not sure how to check service duration time. Im very new to square. trying to figure it all out. thank you for your help.

 

people have tried to make a booking from 12-3p but it will say we aren't avialable, but they can book 11-2p

Okay, so if you login to your dashboard and go to Items&Services>Items>Service LIbrary, all of your services will pull up. 

 

To check this, click on a service, then scroll down to the Duration section.  First thing you will want to check is to make sure that the service(s) in question are enable for online booking.   Then you will want to check out the Time for that service as well.  If its a 12 hour service, and someone tries to book at 1 in the afternoon but you are only open until 5, I believe it will now show/allow that appointment to be booked.  

 

Check those two options out and then see if that was the problem.  I will check out your site in a bit once I get another free moment!

My availability is 9a-7p. Services durations are 1hr, 2hrs, 3hrs or 4hrs. It seems to only happen with. Start time of 12.

Thank you for that.  Is this a specific service they are referring to?  I just looked at your site, and tried the Fairy Hair Service, Face Painting service and Face paint with 2 Artists.  I did see options for 12PM start time, when available.  I'm guessing that maybe those times are already taken?  One service I can't recall which one, had only a 9 and 12:45 times available regardless of the day. 

 

Also, do you happen to know if you enabled the "fake it filter".  To check you can sign in to your Square Dashboard, click on Appointments, then go to Settings, select Calendar & booking, and scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Fake-it Filter option
