View Transactions Not Closed Out

Hello, some of my clients pay in cash and there are times where my staff forgets to close out the appointment.  I am looking for a report in square that shows me appointments booked but the appointment did not conclude in an official credit/cash/other transaction in square.

The Transaction Status page does not show me what I am looking for.

At this time, Square does not offer a report that can provide the information needed for your business. Here you can see the Summaries and Reports from the Online Square Dashboard that Square offers. 

We would be happy to pass this on to our product team and let you know if this report ever comes available.
