We're planning on hiring a receptionist. As of right now, tips are paid out based upon which stylist checks out the client. Is there any way to allow receptionist access to the dashboard and assign tips to the stylist that completed the service as opposed to the staff member that checks out the client?
One way to accomplish this is switching from individual passcodes to using the Team Passcode. By doing this you would be able to attribute sales after transactions have been completed @KnottyMe.
To accomplish this you would have to sign in to your Square Dashboard and then go to the Transactions page once the desired transaction is identified, you would then click on the three dots that appear on the upper right and attribute the sale to the desired employee.
I know this may not be convenient but it is a way to accomplish your request.
