Set custom times for services for each customer

I notice that there isn't a way to set custom appointment times for each customer in our directory. It would be much better and allow the books to flow smoothly if we could set custom times for each client each time they booked. For example, if Sarah's appointment normally takes 1 hour to complete instead of the 1 hour and a half listed on our booking site, there should be a way for us to ensure that each time Sarah books this particular service, the calendar only books an hour instead of the hour and a half.
