When I book a client, it always sends a. Text confirmation immediately. Then 72 hour reminder and 24 hour reminder.
But for the past month, it's not sending text confirmations out the first time. I have to go into the appointment, adjust the time a few minutes or edit anything so I can save... And then it sends the update to my client.
I have unistalled, checked for updates, reinstalled, checked my Settings, and nothing is wrong. Im Also. Paying the 29$ a month so I. Can. Have this feature. No point in paying if I'm not getting the feature. I've never had an issue with square until now. Please help
I'm so sorry this is happening to you. Please contact Square Support because it sounds like the system may be glitching or it's simple one thing in your settings that is throwing you off...that's usually what it is in our case. Please come back and share what the solution they find to your problem because it just may help us out one day 🙂
