I've seen this question asked a year ago but I thought i'd give it a bump. Is adding a questionnaire to bookings something that will come to Appointments any time soon? I've recently tried another service that does offer this and it's very helpful for my photography business.
This would actually be an awesome feature. It might be that no one ever submitted the idea to the panel for them to place the feature in Que to work on. I'm going to contact Square Support to see and if not have the idea submitted because it would definitely help clear up some things before a client actually comes to their appointment.
