We are a spa that requires credit card information when customers use the online booking option, but typically when we received phone calls, booking them over the phone through our Square dashboard didn't require their card.
Within the past two weeks something changed and now we are not able to book them over the phone without a credit card too.
I am wondering if there was an update that now requires you are all in getting credit card info or not at all?
We liked booking customers in ourselves without the need of their card.
Is there an option in settings to keep them seperate?
