I used to be able to sign in when I started work in the morning and remain signed in. Now for some reason I am being asked to sign in multiple times a day which is taking up valuable time when a client is waiting. I can not find anywhere to change a setting or a way to stay signed in. Any Help???
Which sign in are you talking about? If it’s just the regular sign in then yes it’s timing out and there’s no way to force it to leave you logged in. If it’s the sign in that requires you to enter a verification code from text or email then there’s a checkbox right underneath the code box that says to trust this device for 90 days
