How do I connect my appointments to invoices to be linked?
HI @walkbyfaith
There are a couple ways that this can be done. If you are using the Appointment App, you can check out this answer here .for taking an invoice payment through the app. If you are doing so from a browser and your dashboard, you can check out this answer here for a step by step.
The browser version doesn't allow you to "connect" the invoices like the App version does, (odd yeah) but they will all still be connected within the users profile.
Hope this helps.

✅ Just sharing here as well — you can now use the Appointments Invoicing app from the Square App Marketplace to automatically generate Square invoices for appointments. I’ve been using it myself and it works great.
@psypayment Im a medical professional and interested in using your service. But I don't want to give permission to access ALL my appointments and calendar events as I have multiple personal and professional calendars. I want to give limited access to my work calendar and only certain types of appointments ie telehealth. Would appreciate it if Virtual Appt allowed this level of specificity. Thanks
Hi @DrKikiKim,
Thank you for sharing your feedback — I completely understand your concern. Many of our users manage both personal and professional calendars, and we always aim to respect that separation.
Currently, most users connect their professional email account, which helps ensure that only their work-related calendars are accessed.
Our system operates through secure automation and only interacts with the Zoom invites it creates; it never reads or accesses unrelated events.
If you’d like, please feel free to reach out at [email protected], and I’d be happy to discuss your setup in more detail or explore customization options with you.
Best regards,
Joffrey
