Square Appointments: Subscription Question

I need to know why I can’t use certain features when I’m paying for the service monthly? It still says I’m on the “free version” and I’ve had it over a year now and been paying my monthly fees, they come out of my account.

 

Also, how do I change the amount of a cancellation fee?? I’m a hairstylist and I can’t even find that info anywhere anymore. I also want to know why or what I can do to keep a credit card on file for future faster check outs??

To get the monthly fee issue sorted out, I suggest contacting the Customer Success team directly. They'll be able to take a deeper look into your account and make sure your settings are as they should be.
