So Close

I am so close to having the appointments work on my site, but when I try to install the button to my site, to see how it would function for a customer, I get stuck at the calendar. the calendar is just blank, with no way to put in an appointment. Can you help me see what I'm missing?

HI, are you trying to use the Free Appointment Plan or a Paid Appointment Plan?

April 26 the new pricing structure was implemented for Appointments.  You need to select the appropriate Paid Plan.  The announcement regarding the new structure was on January 20.

It’s the free plan & I only have one location that I am using this for. I am mostly online but have a 2nd location for appointments. Would this work better if I just one “location” on square for both things? I guess I could just use the appointment physical address for both.

The Free Plan does not support calendar.

You can review what the Free Plan is limited to here:

Ok, that's fine. I'm not trying to exceed my program here ... I am trying the "book now" button, which this list does say the free plan supports. Since it shows the calendar but won't display appointments to customers, I guess I'm back to plan A which is to take appointments on my own? I don't mind the idea of the booking website, but I already have a website for online sales and don't want to confuse my customers. If I initiate that website, would it cause a problem with data on my other site?
