Is there a way to show Appointment Availabilty ONLY with no other prompts? If they want to book they have another button to click to compete the booking. We require prepayment for first time visits and users are prompted first for credit card information before they can see available timeslots. Some customers make the purchase,select a timelsot and then request a refund if we are unable to give then a different timslot.
Workaround: To reduce REFUNDS a new service was created a service - View Availability Only with Price $0. However the customer is still prompted to enter credit card information and its causing confusion.

During the Online Booking process, the customers are directed to availability after selecting their service and before any payment information would be collected. If your customers are seeing this differently, it sounds like there is a glitch.
