Long story short...
I de-activated online booking for almost a year. Recently I enabled to start making online appointments available again. I deleted my old services and created new ones again. Now, when I look at the "mini site" no services show up. I made sure that the services were bookable for clients. What could be the problem?

It seems that you may be trying to access the former booking site that Square had. At this time to see your Appointments booking site, you would have to visit your Appointment Channels Settings on your Square Dashboard. Once there you can select Online and click on the provided link for your booking site.
