My staff likes to look up their sales on the appointment app often. As of 2 weeks ago the reports are no longer showing staff sales correctly. Some things are bumped to untracked employee or just not showing at all. Everything is correct on the dashboard. I emailed customer support and they were no help they just kept sending me protocols that have nothing to do with the issue. Wtf lol.

yes! logging out of the apps seems to have worked so far. thanks this was more helpful than the customer support email.
