Hi @amtheesti. Currently there is no such report, nor do I see the ability to download a CSV to create your own. I scanned the Appointments section of the Feature Request Board and found a couple of requests for this, but as of a month ago or so, Square was still informing folks that it was not on the roadmap at this time.
The best I can do is recommend you to to that board and add your support to one of those threads. Here’s one thread, but there others on the Appointments Request board I believe.
