I know this question has been asked a few times but I hope someone can help me.
First of all, when I try to sign into the forums, I get this:
I am not in Spain. I am a US citizen that lives in the Philippines. My regional format is set to the Philippines:
OK now the real problem. My business account is set to Asia/Irkutsk (UTC +8) which is the time zone for Manila, Philippines that I chose since Manila is not an option for whatever reason as shown here:
I have my booking prefrences set up to where customers can choose their time zone as shown here:
But whenever I try to check my Square Appointments calendar, the popup doesnt show any Asian time zones for Asia (even though I am here). And not all time zones are shown. In fact the only times zones that are shown are these:
I dont know why its coming up as Eastern Time Zone as the default choice first of all except for the fact that my business address is listed as my home in the United States (Though I do all business online from Asia). I also dont know why all time zones are not listed like they do when you choose the time zone for account preferences. This is totally confusing. Can someone help me please? I appreciate your input. Thanks.
HI, since your business address is listed as United States, the options will be United States. You would need to change your business address.
The Spain notice is what your internet is using. (example: I am in Florida but sometimes it states Puerto Rico. So I restart my computer to reset the internet connection.)
