Hello! Unfortunately this feature is not available. The closest work around I can think of is to create a custom filter in your Customer Director and then set up a text campaign for that list. This would probably still require you to create a new list regularly. I have a date based custom filter that shows me all clients that visited that week - I use this to know who to follow up with and I send one bulk text at the end of the week.
